HomeHue No Refund Policy (Exchanges Allowed)
At HomeHue, we take pride in the quality of our lighting products and want you to love your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before buying.
No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for products purchased through our store, including online purchases. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that HomeHue does not provide cash or store credit refunds.
Exchanges
We understand that sometimes a product may need to be exchanged. HomeHue offers exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us via homehue.store@gmail.com with your order details and reason for exchange.

Once your exchange is approved, you will be provided with instructions for returning the original item.

Shipping costs for returning items for exchange are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was faulty or damaged in transit.

HomeHue will ship the replacement product at no additional cost once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange.

Our lamps are safe for standard home use, but should not be used near water, in damp conditions or in ways not described in the user instructions. Keep out of reach of children and pet
